Holmes transitioned from technical roles to customer-facing ones, discussing security with global clients and engaging in cyber research. He became well-versed in web application firewalls, DDoS appliances, and bot protection. As a Forrester analyst from 2019 to 2024, Holmes conversed extensively with top CISOs and network directors. Now at Imperva, he aims to address the evolving challenges in software development, from changing delivery models to remote work and advancements in generative AI that expand the threat surface. Holmes emphasizes Imperva’s capability to secure applications across different environments and looks forward to engaging with customers and prospects globally.
